One date, three conversations
Your maturity date is the day your current term ends. Your lender will send a renewal offer before then, and the easy thing is to sign it. We would rather you had time to compare.
Give us the date and it goes on our calendar. Twelve months out you hear from us, at six we talk, and at four you see options beside your own lender's offer. Every residential client we arrange a mortgage for gets this; the form is for anyone whose mortgage we did not arrange.
No credit check, no obligation. We reply to every submission within one business day.
Twelve, six and four months out
The same three touchpoints every residential client gets.

A heads-up
Twelve months before maturity you hear from us. The date is on our calendar, and the year ahead is the time to tidy anything a switch would need.
- 6
A conversation
At six months we talk through where you stand and what you want from the next term, so there is time to gather documents if moving lenders makes sense.
- 4
Options beside the bank's offer
At four months you see what a range of banks, credit unions and alternative lenders would do, set beside your own lender's renewal offer, in writing.
