Who does what

Three licensed brokers and one person who keeps everything moving. One of the team takes your first call, and the broker handling your application is your contact through to funding. Between them the team speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Sunny owns Lendrite and is its principal broker. He also holds a BC residential builder licence, renewed every year, which shows in how a construction loan is budgeted and presented to a lender.

Pankaj is a licensed broker and a long-time member of the team. He sees an application through from the first documents to funding.

Karan is a licensed broker. He takes applications from the first call through to funding, and works alongside Sunny on the ones that need a lender beyond the big banks, for people whose income or credit does not fit a bank's template.

Client Care and Operations

Tarnjit supports every application: documents, timelines and follow-ups. She is not a licensed broker, so questions about your options go to the broker looking after you; questions about what to send, and when, go to her.
