Three fields, then a call
Your name, a phone number and what the mortgage is for. That is enough for someone on the team to call you back and work out the next step with you.
Nothing you type here goes to a lender. It is a request for a call, not an application.
What happens after you send it
Four steps, and you always know which one you are on.
- 1
A reply within one business day
One of the team replies within a business day and keeps your documents and timeline organised from there.
- 2
A short call
Where you stand, what you are trying to do and what it will take. No credit check at this stage.
- 3
Documents first, then the application
You send the documents on the list, then we complete the application together, by phone, video or online. The broker handling your application is your contact through to funding.
- 4
A credit check only with your written consent
We obtain your credit report only once you have agreed in writing. Then the application goes to the lender, and you hear from us as each step closes.
The full online application
You do not have to fill it in. You can give us the details on the call instead and we complete the application together. If you would rather type it yourself, the online application is there for that.
It asks for your name, email and phone, your preferred language and how you like to be contacted, the type of mortgage and property, the city, the property value and your down payment, your timeline, your type of employment, household income, an estimate of your credit range, and any notes you want to add.
It does not ask for documents, your SIN or your date of birth. Those come later, directly to the team, once you decide to go ahead.

Sending the short form lets us contact you. It is not an application to a lender, a commitment or an approval. We obtain your credit report only with your written consent. What you send goes into our client relationship system and is handled as described in our privacy policy.
