One application, many lenders
Lendrite is an independent brokerage. We do not own a lender and no lender owns us, so your application can go to whichever of these fits it: a bank, a credit union, a lender that works only through brokers, or, when a bank's rules do not fit, a lender beyond the big banks.
The lists below are the lenders active in BC that accept broker applications. Programs and rules change often; we confirm the fit with the lender before anything is submitted. Lenders that work direct only, or whose current status we could not confirm, are not listed.
